Refund/Exchange
ClassyMissy.pk will not refund or exchange any online sales under any circumstances. In case the delivered product is damage than the buyer should have to send the product to our address (at their own Expense). Once the product is received we will check the Product & Exchange it accordingly (If Applicable). We will not entertain any Damage claims after 1 day of delivery.

Color Variation
We note that the colors seen on a monitor could be different as compared to the actual product ordered. All color swatches shown on our website are an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choice of products. However, while we try to accurately depict colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product and the colors appearing on the monitor.

Deliveries
If you are using the cash on delivery (COD) payment method for delivery in Pakistan, we request that you please pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery. We are using third Party Courier Company for the deliveries across Pakistan.
